  5. Your resume has to also include an assessment of your clients needs.
  6. Your resume should communicate how you are able to build and trust in a relationship and your ability to provide practical solutions to your client’s problems.

The social workers resume has to have a list of all the abilities, skill, and experience you have attained over the years of active service for example internships, training courses attended, social worker workshops and seminars attended. Licensing and certification from a recognized licensing body, volunteer positions, education ( should be listed in reverse chronological order) projects previously and currently active in, presentations offered, other professional activities that you are involved in, computer skills in (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and have knowledge of how to manage databases and spreadsheets), travel and activities.

Make use of titles that highlight your relevant skills and talents, use action words at the beginning of each sentence because the use of these key words make you resume stand out and communicate a message that you know what you are talking about and that you are not a novice to the this field.
