There are many human resources titles that you may use for example, staffing manager, recruiter, human resources analyst and director of recruiting. All this titles do not carry the same functions as some as you can see from their title have narrowed down their functions fro example the recruiter.
Areas that must not be left out of your resume include the kind of impact you had on the staff that is staff turnover and they general feeling towards the firm. Any policies that you may have developed in order to make your department more efficient and effective and most importantly how you think you can implement it in your new job. Your own personal policies when it comes to the recruitment of staff. The kind of role you will play in the induction training of new employees and the type of training you use. Initiative is something most firms would like to see, it is always interesting how the staff of two firms can be integrated intone after a merger. This is the human resources manager’s job to do this and your answer to this would be a make or break for your resume.
A person who knows and is equipped to work under pressure and is a good communicator and can coordinate various functions and is aware of the impact that his or her decisions have on the firm would be a suitable candidate.
