Advertising is no ordinary field to enter and thus it is not amazing that one has to be smart, creative, have good interpersonal skills and good communication skills. The experienced you gained in various jobs should be included in your resume on a selective basis, if the job you first did is relevant to what you are aspiring for then you should definitely highlight it. Basically anything that adds value to your executive resume should be included.
